Health Advocate Wins Silver in Best in Biz Awards 2022

Health Advocate has been selected as a Silver winner in the Most Customer Friendly Company of the Year in the Best in Biz Awards, the only independent business awards program judged each year by prominent editors and reporters from top-tier publications in North America.

Health Advocate was recognized due to its continued commitment to excellent customer service and support for our members. In the past year, Health Advocate enhanced access to interpreter services, introduced new initiatives to more effectively identify health care providers for our members, and took a number of steps to continue meeting evolving member needs, among other accomplishments.
