in care. Our tailored, targeted and personalized messaging helps inform and engage employees and drive
them to the right preventive services and the right chronic care “best practices” management
strategies for better compliance and better outcomes. The messaging also reminds employees that they can call a Personal Health Advocate for clinical
coaching for follow-through on care strategies. Health information is included to encourage them
to take charge of their health and adopt healthy behaviors to prevent and manage disease. Parallel
communications are sent to the treating physician to reinforce compliance. Print messages are
available for an extra cost.
